Knowing, understanding, and applying the law is not enough for Mr. Crossett. As a founding member of the Injured Workers’ Bar Association of New York (IWBA) and its Political Action Committee, the New York Workers’ Compensation Alliance (WCA), Mr. Crossett works to keep the interest of the injured workers and their families before the New York Workers’ Compensation Board, the Legislature, and the Governor.
Mr. Crossett received his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and his law degree from the DePaul University College of Law. Mr. Crossett is a fellow in the College of Workers’ Compensation Attorneys and is active in the New York State Bar Association in addition to the IWBA and the WCA.
