Kimberly Slimbaugh’s practice is dedicated to disabled workers, individuals, and families seeking to acquire Social Security Disability Benefits and Veterans Disability Benefits. Ms. Slimbaugh is admitted in New York and Massachusetts, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, and is an accredited attorney with the Veterans Administration. Ms. Slimbaugh received her undergraduate education at Fairfield University and her Law Degree from the Albany Law School in 1991. She is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR) and serves on the New York Commission on Quality Care and Advocacy for Persons with Disabilities, Surrogate Decision-Making Committee Panel.
