MCV Law is pleased to welcome Cory A. DeCresenza as the newest member of our Workers’ Compensation team.
Having spent more than a decade handling complex Workers’ Compensation matters, Cory brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective that strengthens our advocacy for injured workers across Central New York.
Before joining MCV Law, Cory represented both employers and insurance carriers, giving him invaluable insight into how claims are evaluated and defended. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law and graduated summa cum laude from Dickinson College.
He has contributed to legal publications including Law360 and the New York Law Journal, and has argued cases before all levels of the New York State court system, including at the Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department and the Court of Appeals.
Cory is dedicated to helping injured workers navigate the complexities of Workers’ Compensation law and ensuring they receive the medical care and benefits they deserve. Please join us in welcoming Cory to the MCV Law family!
