Grace Nichols is an attorney in the Workers’ Compensation department at MCV Law. Ms. Nichols joined the firm as a Client Advocate in the spring of 2021 before being admitted to the New York State Bar in February 2022.
Ms. Nichols, a Malone, New York native, attended the Clarkson School before going to Clarkson University and graduating in 2017 with a B.S. in Psychology and Interdisciplinary Social Sciences. Additionally, she participated in the New York State Assembly Internship Program in 2016 and worked in Assemblywoman Donna A. Lupardo's office.
Ms. Nichols then attended the University of Richmond School of Law. She served on the Executive Board as Online Editor for the University of Richmond Law Review. In addition, Grace worked on the Governor's Commission to Examine Racial Inequity in Virginia Laws and graduated magna cum laude in 2020.
