Bethany Nicoletti concentrates her practice in the representation of injured workers before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board and the New York State & Local Retirement System. She writes many of the legal Memoranda of Law for the Workers’ Compensation department, in addition to facilitating the Section 32 settlements and appearing before the Board.
Ms. Nicoletti previously served as a Judicial Clerk for Senior Federal Judge Frederick J. Scullin and has worked for the New York State Division of Human Rights advocating for the legal rights of protected classes.
Ms. Nicoletti is a graduate of Ithaca College where she earned her B.A. in Communication Studies. She graduated cum laude from University at Buffalo Law School in 2013 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in the Fourth Judicial Department in 2014. Her work on The Legal Conundrum of Sexting in Schools was published by the Buffalo Journal of Gender, Law & Social Policy in 2013.
She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Injured Workers’ Bar Association of New York. She joined MCV Law in May 2012.
