Bethany Nicoletti believes every sick or injured person deserves to be treated with compassion and understanding. Ms. Nicoletti balances the realities of the law and the facts of a case in a manner you can understand. In addition to handling Workers' Compensation matters, Ms. Nicoletti works with other MCV Law attorneys to achieve a comprehensive solution for clients injured due to the negligence of another party.

Bethany takes pride in MCV Law’s ability to handle the Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability, and Personal Injury matters that often arise from the same event, be it a fall on a construction site, an automobile or truck accident while at work, or the negligence of a third party. Her goal is to help you reach yours. She strives to win her clients a sizable settlement, have complete recoveries, and enjoy straightforward, comprehensive solutions to complex situations.

Ms. Nicoletti received her B.A. from Ithaca College and graduated cum laude from University at Buffalo Law School in 2013. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Injured Workers' Bar Association of New York. Bethany grew up in Cayuga County and lives with her husband and children in Onondaga County.

"Bethany Nicoletti is a lawyer with heart. Sure, she's good at her job. She's extremely professional and represents her law firm very well...but it's her heart that makes you happy that she's your lawyer. She gives it her all. She takes your case personally and this instantly makes you trust her and feel reassured on such a deep level. For the first time in months, you begin to relax and focus on your health. She has taken the heavy burden off of your shoulders. Your job is to check in with Bethany, or the Client Advocate, Valerie S. (who is also cut from the same cloth with a heart of gold), and wait until they tell you that the fight is over and that you have won. The words thank you don't seem nearly enough...but I thank you for all your hard work and dedication to my case. It has made all the difference."
